FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Our Free plan is free forever — no trial required, no credit card needed. You can upgrade to Pro or Team at any time from your account settings.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.
What happens when I exceed my monitor limit?
You'll receive a notification to upgrade your plan. Existing monitors will continue working normally — we never silently stop monitoring your services.
Do annual plans auto-renew?
Yes, all plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Enterprise invoicing is available on request.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, contact us at billing@reliableuptime.com for a full refund — no questions asked.
Can I monitor internal or private endpoints?
Yes. Any HTTP/HTTPS endpoint reachable from the internet can be monitored. For fully private internal services, contact us about our enterprise offering.
Is there an API?
Yes. All plans include full API access so you can manage monitors, retrieve incident history, and integrate ReliableUptime into your existing workflows.
